After months of searching and looking over more than 10 IDs, Rodney and Angela was our last visit. So, I need to say, we were extremely tired of the repetitive ideas and pitches made. The usual response we got are either "Cannot, exceed your budget" or "This one not doable", none bothered to counter or provide a better alternative. However, Rodney and Angela wowed us when they presented solutions to our ideas that were deemed impractical to other IDs. They guided us smoothly throughout the entire renovation progress from color coordination to furniture selection, and more! And the HUGE plus side is that they constantly kept us updated on the works done, given how many horror ID stories we read online... It was comforting. Despite the challenges that they face from our neighbours and delays in material, they managed to deliver within the stipulated timeline. It was outstanding! To and top it off, the final outcome is at 99% close to the render~ Overall, my wife and I has been very pleased with the works they have done, and they are an easy recommendation to anyone who is looking to get their renovation done.

My ID Rodney is a easy going and meticulous person. He is really experience by providing good advise on the type of design that we are looking into it and give good alternative suggestion in order to adjust according to our liking. If there is any issue during the renovation phase or even after the payment, he is always able to rectify and follow up asap. We are lucky to have him as our ID and really glad with his overall performance. I will definitely recommend him to anyone with no second thought.

This is our 2nd time working with Sense ID. Our 1st major reno was 10 years ago! We like their service as the couple are very responsive and responsible. Renovation is a big project and need a lot of fine-tuning along the way and never once did they show attitude, but very patiently work out with us what can be and what cannot be done. At the same time, unlike some IDs who will impose their designs on you but Sense ID doesn't. They will propose but if you do have your own concepts and ideas, they gladly also work with you to best fit! And very importantly, which we really like about then is the aftersales service! They still continue to be very responsive and efficient when minor issues arose and they really revert and get them resolved asap! Highly recommended!
